Job descriptionQuality Excellence Solution-Driven Integrity Stage jobs correctly at onset of job to ensure crew efficiency Communicate with customer and crew leader consistently to avoid any surprises Make sure all materials are delivered in a timely manner Empty dump trailers as needed Perform quality checks throughout project to ensure positive end result Keep staff informed of any issues / concerns Follow change order process Execute final inspection with the crew leader and customer and take photos Update CRM as needed with notes / final inspection info / photos Creating processes for work flow Working alongside Exterior Technician or independently doing repair jobs, installing windows / doors and soffit / fascia and siding Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
