Job description

Hospitality Manager

The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the team to provide an exceptional dining experience for guests. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Ensuring high standards of food quality and service are maintained at all times.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Training and mentoring staff to provide excellent service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Managing budgets and financial performance, including controlling costs and maximizing profitability.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in a similar management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
