Join our dynamic team as a Consultant in Underwriting Strategic Solutions & Capabilities, where you'll collaborate with Business Insurance partners to develop and enhance effective underwriting and product solutions. This role offers a chance to apply your industry knowledge towards improving underwriting execution and product strategy, ultimately contributing to cross-functional projects focused on building robust business capabilities.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

• Collaborating on the development of innovative underwriting and product strategies to refine existing processes and establish new capabilities aimed at optimizing business performance.
• Contributing to the enhancement of underwriting-focused capabilities that support customer growth, retention, profitability, and underwriting excellence through teamwork with Underwriting and various functional teams such as Product Management, Actuarial, Operations, Risk Control, and Claims.
• Acting as a resource for the Business Capabilities Office, Technology, and other partners in implementing capability enhancements and managing defects.
• Performing additional duties as assigned to support ongoing initiatives.
