Job Title : Licensed Therapist

Location : Los Gatos, CA

Setting : Outpatient Facility

Compensation : $70–$80 per hour (depending on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our Outpatient Facility team in Los Gatos, CA. This position offers flexibility in scheduling while providing the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals seeking support for their mental health and recovery journey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1 : 1 individual therapy sessions tailored to client's needs.
• Complete intake sessions to gather client history and establish therapeutic goals.
• Perform clinical assessments and formulate treatment plans.
• Document progress notes and maintain accurate, timely clinical records in accordance with program standards.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to support client progress and continuity of care.
