Job Title : Workday Technical Consultant (Reporting & Data) Location : Fremont, CA(Onsite) Job Description : Focuses on advanced reporting and analytics in Workday. Responsibilities : Develop custom reports and dashboards. Ensure data accuracy and compliance. Mentoring & Leadership : Led a reporting center of excellence initiative that standardized report templates. Mentored analysts on calculated fields and composite reporting. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partnered with HR and Finance for reporting requirements. Worked with IT and BI teams for data visualization. Mentoring Impact Metrics : Standardized 80% of recurring reports across HR and Finance. Reduced report development time by 30%. Collaboration Tools Used : Workday Report Writer, Prism Analytics, Power BI, Teams, Excel, Jira HCLTech is not the employer for this role.
