Candidates must hold a clean and active Wisconsin license, DEA certification, and be AHA certified in PALS, BLS, ACLS, and ATLS, with the ability to commit to 7-15 shifts per month.

Additional Information : LaCrosse Trauma Level 3 â€" Annual visits 25,000K

Sparta Trauma Level 4; Annual visits 8500K

Inpatient / Outpatient Inpatient Emergency Room Floor

Charting / Dictation : Epic; Dictation available â€" PLEASE NOTE IF YOUR CANDIDATE HAS EPIC EXPERIENCE

Average Patient Volumes : LaCrosse 15-18 / per 12 hour shift; Sparta 12-14 / per 12 hour shift
