Essential Functions
- Complete all assigned tasks accurately and on time, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Perform data entry with attention to detail.
- Assist with essential accounting duties, including the processing of weekly payroll.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and organization.
- Manage submission and filing of invoices systematically.
- Welcome and direct clients, vendors, and visitors professionally.
- Order and set up mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, hotspots) for employees.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail efficiently.
- Operate office equipment including fax machines, copiers, scanners, and phone systems.
- Answer phone calls and offer basic information or transfer to appropriate personnel.
- Manage the flow of information and visitors throughout the office effectively.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Understand and comply with the company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and other relevant professional standards.
About You : Qualifications
At least 1 year of payroll or general administrative experience is required.A high school diploma or GED is required.Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.Familiarity with JD Edwards payroll systems or similar software.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with a strong working knowledge.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong attention to detail.Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong professional appearance.Willingness to work in various locations within a 10-mile radius throughout the week.What We Offer :
