Job Title
The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. Assist the Director of Marketing with the successful day-to-day operation of Caesars Entertainment.

Provides superior guest service, positively affects interactions with guests and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees.
Evaluates customer's play for comping needs.
Ensure at all times operating principles are being adhered to :
Responsible for the supervision, engagement and performance of the Caesars Entertainment department.
Responsible for ensure the schedule is created to meet business demands.
Development of staff, interviews, hires and evaluates employees.
Completes all assigned duties, paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
Provides feedback to Director of Marketing about status and concerns of players.
Assist with the developing and managing the budget for Caesars Entertainment, payroll, forecasting and reviewing of employees and customers. Manage programs and processes to control and reduce loss time injuries.
Communicates cross functionally between guests, other departments, and management employees to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsible for procuring all supplies for the department.
Reviews Caesars Entertainment activities with Director of Marketing.
Setup and deploy CMS and MGT promotions, as needed, accurately and in a timely manner.
Special projects as assigned.
Completes all company-required training within designated time frames.
