Ozarks Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide visionary financial leadership for its growing, community-focused health system. The Position :
The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the activity in the Accounting Department (Accounts Payable, Payroll, Accounting, Revenue Cycle, and other departments as assigned). Oversees and verifies accounting transactions in these departments (revenue and expense; variances, benchmarks, and statistics). Responsible for preparation of annual budget, regulatory reports, monthly and annual financial reports, and benchmarking reports. Reports financial health of the organization to the other members of Senior Leadership, as well as the designated member of Finance to the Board of Directors.
