Perform routine maintenance tasks including repairing / replacing light fixtures, furniture, and appliancesConduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues or safety hazardsAssist with landscaping and grounds-keeping as neededRespond promptly to guest maintenance requestsKeep track of supplies and equipment, and reorder when necessaryWork independently while ensuring the inn and spa meet high standards of cleanliness and safetyRequired Skills
Previous experience in general maintenance and repairKnowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systemsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage prioritiesGood communication and customer service skills
