ADABAS DB2 Database Specialist

A company is looking for an ADABAS / DB2 Database Specialist to provide expert-level technical support in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, install, configure, and implement SAG ADABAS software products in an enterprise z / OS mainframe environment

Manage database performance through monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of ADABAS and related products

Support disaster recovery strategies and ensure compliance with audits and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Recent hands-on experience with ADABAS Cluster Services in IBM z / OS Parallel Sysplex environments

Proficiency with SAG products including PREDICT, REVIEW DB, and Natural Security

Experience in developing disaster recovery procedures for ADABAS environments

Strong background in maintaining z / OS operating systems and IBM CICS parameters

Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
