Duties Description
The day to day will vary but some of the primary responsibilities include : resolving and managing constituent issues, responding to casework correspondence; interacting with government agencies, organizations and members of the community; entering constituents into a database; maintaining up-to-date files on issues; assisting with office & community events.
Minimum Qualifications
College degree preferred. Candidate should have experience in public service, community organizing, case management or nonprofit work. Proficient computer skills necessary and the ability to write correspondence and be comfortable speaking to a group.
