We are seeking experienced, motivated Lead Press Operators to lead and grow the Press Teams at our Random Lake location, just north of Milwaukee, WI. Your Mission :

You will lead an assigned web press team to produce printed materials of the highest quality that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.

What You Will Do :

• Lead : As a Lead Press Operator you take responsibility for your assigned press

team, operations and products on a day to day basis. You know how to create

and maintain a positive, healthy team environment with your team to drive

outstanding results through mentoring, training and guiding new team

members in your craft and the print process.

What you Bring :

diploma with technical, vocational / apprentice training preferable, or the

equivalent combination of experience and education.

ideally you have had some experience or training in Continuous

Improvement / Lean processes.

You can write routine reports and correspondence, and can speak effectively

before groups of customers, employees, etc.

Suite an asset.
