Overview :

Join our dedicated neonatal intensive care team as a NICU RN and provide exceptional care to critically ill newborns. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, rotate between day and night shifts, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the tiniest patients.

Responsibilities :

Deliver comprehensive neonatal care to high-risk infants in the NICU.

Monitor vital signs and medical conditions rigorously, ensuring prompt intervention when necessary.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Administer medications, treatments, and support equipment for critically ill neonates.

Document patient progress accurately and maintain thorough medical records.

Provide emotional support and education to families of NICU patients.

What You Bring :

Valid and current RN license with specialization in neonatal care.

Proven experience in NICU or neonatal intensive care units preferred.

Strong clinical skills, including ventilator management, IV therapy, and proficiency with neonatal monitoring equipment.

Ability to respond swiftly in high-pressure situations with compassion and professionalism.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, adaptable to variable shift schedules.

Preferred Education & Experience :

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Prior experience working with complex neonatal patients in a hospital setting.

Demonstrated ability to handle high acuity cases with confidence.

Compensation & Benefits :

Weekly stipend of $1,442.00

Weekly taxable pay of $3,287.54
