Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Were seeking an experienced Sterile pounding Pharmacy Technicianto join a specialty TPN pharmacy near Sacramento, CA.This is a full time, Day shift, opportunityin a fast-paced, highly specialized pounding environment.

Start Date : ASAP

Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 30am 5 : 00pm

Location : Elk Grove, CA (Sacramento area)

Type : 13-Week Contract (possible contract-to-hire)

Responsibilities

Perform sterile pounding of total parenteral nutrition (TPN)

Prepare IV admixtures accurately and safely under USP

guidelines

Maintain a cleanroom environment and adhere to aseptic technique

Support inventory management and preparation of supplies

Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure timely patient care

Requirements

Solid prior IV / TPN pounding experience

California Pharmacy Technician License

PTCB Certification highly preferred

Prior experience with CPR+ strongly preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a specialized, high-volume setting
