Assist in the work scheduling process by assigning jobs to line servicer personnel and providing customer assistance for an assigned area.
Work Scheduling Assistant Associate (SP20-002)
Under moderate to limited supervision :
- Perform duties assigned in the work scheduling process, including the assignment of jobs to line servicer personnel using management system applications.
- Develop schedules for line servicer and technician appointments.
- Communicate with customers and direct inquiries.
- Support adherence to standard work scheduling policies and procedures.
- Assist with outage management as needed.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
What We're Looking For :
Education requirements : High school diploma or GED.Required work experience : 9 months of post high school experience utilizing administrative procedures and office equipment.Other requirements :Ability to demonstrate organizational and analytic / problem solving skills, prioritization skills, customer focus, and teamwork.Strong verbal and written communication skills must be available for overtime when needed.Occasional travel may be required.Must reside within 25 miles of onsite work location.Work Scheduling Assistant (SP20-003)

Educational requirements : High school diploma or GED required.Work experience requirement : 3 years of post-high school experience in utilizing administrative procedures and office equipment or the equivalent, normally obtained by progression through the Work Scheduling Rep Assoc classification.Other requirements :Must be available to work overtime, call out overtime, and shift work, as required.Travel requirements are expected 10-25% of the time.Ability to demonstrate organizational and analytic / problem solving skills, prioritization skills, customer focus, and teamwork.Demonstrated proficiency with computers and computer programs, effective verbal and written communication skills required.Must be available for overtime when needed.Occasional travel may be required.Must reside within 25 miles of onsite work location.Work Scheduling Assistant Senior (SP20-004)
Under limited supervision :
Perform duties assigned in the work scheduling process, including the assignment of jobs to line servicer personnel using management system applications.Develop schedules for line servicer and technician appointments.Communicate with customers and direct inquiries.Support adherence to standard work scheduling policies and procedures. Assist with outage management as needed.Provide administrative support as needed.What We're Looking For :
Educational requirements : High school diploma or GED required.Work experience requirements : 6 years of post-high school experience in utilizing administrative procedures and office equipment or the equivalent, normally obtained by progression through the Work Scheduling Asst classification.Other requirements :Demonstrated proficiency with computers and computer programs, effective verbal and written communication skills required.Basic knowledge of distribution operations and other departments within the AEP system preferred.Ability to demonstrate organizational and analytic / problem solving skills, prioritization skills, customer focus, and teamwork.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Must be available for overtime when needed.Occasional travel may be required.Must reside within 25 miles of onsite work location.What You'll Get :
