Baseck Training is expanding and were looking for a high-performing Experience Manager (XM) to lead our second location and grow with us as we continue to scale.This is more than a management position its a career path. What Youll Do
As our Experience Manager, youll be the face and heartbeat of the studio managing day-to-day operations, leading your team, and creating an environment where members thrive.
Responsibilities include :
Oversee daily operations, scheduling, facility cleanliness, and member experience.
Lead our sales process from first consultation through membership close and assignment to the right coach.
Manage CRM, lead tracking, and performance reporting.
Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team aligned with our brand values.
Drive membership growth through creative marketing, events, and local partnerships.
Collaborate on social media campaigns and in-studio promotions to elevate engagement.
Handle payroll, budgeting, and inventory (including apparel and supplement orders).
Track KPIs and report results to the Regional Manager and leadership team.

What Were Looking For
3+ years of management experience (fitness, hospitality, or retail preferred)
Proven success in sales and customer experience leadership
Strong leadership and communication skills able to coach and motivate a team
Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly preferred
Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or similar) is a major plus
Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational processes
CRM and business software proficiency
Creative and social media savvy, with an eye for community engagement
CPR / First Aid certification preferred
