About The Position

Must be in IL 3 business days before compliance HDD for fingerprinting

Experience in CVOR, General OR, Trauma, and Teaching Hospitals required

Skills in Cardiovascular, Vascular, Endoscopic, General Surgery, Thoracic, and Trauma cases

Job Requirements

Experience Required : Minimum 5 years in CVOR

Certifications : BLS required

Weekend Requirement : On-call every third weekend

On-call Requirement : Yes (1-2 times a week, every 3rd weekend)

Floating : Will float to Main OR or Baylis Day Surgery as needed
