LHH is hiring for an experienced Accounting Specialist ready to work with our client near Coppell, TX. This is a contract to hire opportunity that offers work life balance in a stable work environment! We are focused on recruiting an Accounting Speicalist with 3+ years of accounting payable, job costing, general ledger coding and pay applications. Job functions daily / weekly :

General ledger and department coding for 250+ invoices

Reconcile consolidated vendor statements

Reconcile vendor statements

Job Costing and process subcontractor invoices

Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.

Accounts receivable and payment application

Certified Payroll communication

Qualifications :

Three plus years of AP / AR processing

Construction Accounting Experience is highly desired

Intermediate Excel including formulas and Pivots

Independent worker and professional demeanor

Stable work history is highly desired

Pay Details : $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
