CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details :

  • Work 3x12 hour shifts Friday through Sunday from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM
  • Flexible start time between 7 : 00 AM to 9 : 00 AM based on scheduling needs with advance notice
  • No call requirements
  • Must have 2+ years of experience and previous travel experience required
  • First-time travelers not accepted
  • Required certifications : BLS, ARRT(R), ARRT(CT) preferred
  • Siemens experience required, Epic experience required
  • Virginia state license required (emergency authorization available for out-of-state licensed travelers)
  • Must be available to work one holiday per 13-week contract
  • Preparation and administration of contrast media required
  • Radiation safety knowledge required
  • May be required to float to Carilion Clinic Riverside location (approximately 0.5 miles away)
  • Work with patients of all age groups from neonates to geriatrics
  • Perform various CT procedures including trauma, cardiac, vascular, and specialized imaging studies
  • Experience with 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, and advanced CT techniques preferred

    This acute care teaching hospital is a comprehensive medical center featuring over 700 licensed beds and serves as a Level I Trauma Center. The facility holds Magnet designation for nursing excellence and is recognized as a certified stroke center. The hospital provides advanced medical services and maintains state-of-the-art imaging technology to support complex diagnostic procedures and emergency care.
