If you thrive in a fast-paced, multi-client environment and love creating solutions that drive measurable results, this role is for you.What Youll DoLead Multi-Client Billing OperationsOversee billing for multiple client accounts simultaneously.Customize workflows to meet unique client requirements and ensure timely, accurate claim submission.Own the Revenue Cycle End-to-EndManage medical and dental billing processes from claim creation through payment posting.Drive AR reduction strategies, monitor aging, and lead denial management and appeals.Champion Client SuccessAct as the primary escalation point for billing issues.Build strong relationships through proactive communication, onboarding support, and tailored financial reporting.Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring smooth integration into HealthPath systems and processes.Develop and Optimize RCM ProcessesDesign and implement scalable revenue cycle workflows that improve efficiency and accuracy.Identify gaps and continuously refine processes to meet evolving client and industry needs.Ensure Compliance and QualityMaintain strict adherence to HIPAA, payer rules, and regulatory standards.Conduct audits, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to protect revenue and reputation.Coach and Grow the TeamSupervise, mentor, and develop RCM staff across accounts.Set clear performance goals, run evaluations, and create training programs that scale multi-client expertise.This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
