Candidates should have 15+ years of experience in Health & Human Services and 5+ years knowledge of DC health & human services programs / policies, with demonstrated leadership in consulting, project management, and change management. Experience managing full project lifecycles, defining business process flows, and working within DC health programs is required.

Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required; PMP and ITIL certifications are desirable.
