Responsibilities :

• Greet customers entering the establishment.
• Explain services offered by company, provide pricing information, and process payments accurately using cash registers or electronic scanners.
• Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by answering questions, resolving complaints, and assisting with exchanges or returns.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision.
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accurate amounts.
• Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves and monitoring product levels.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, refunds, and exchanges.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service.
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures to prevent theft and loss.
