Do you have a successful track record representing clients and are interested in mentoring the next generation of legal professionals? Our firm has an immediate opening for a full-time trial attorney who will be responsible for managing cases in pre-suit and litigation.

Duties include but are not limited to : ensuring clients are treated, communicating with clients and insurance adjusters, motion support, depositions, mediations, and trials. An ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury litigation and pre-litigation personal injury practice. The ideal candidate is also open to growth opportunities and leadership within the firm.

Salary commensurate with experience. The Firm provides many benefits, including but not limited to : health, dental, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) with a match plan.

Compensation :

$150,000 - $200,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests and responses
• Prepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearings
• Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable laws
• Provide guidance and advice to associate attorneys and paralegals to resolve or prevent conflicts
• Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings
