Facility Manager - Conroe, Texas - JOB 25-01562 Salary Range : $90K - $110K Permanent Position with Benefits Conroe, Texas manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and safety of the manufacturing plant. REQUIREMENTSHigh School Graduate, GED, Vocational School and / or higher level education 5+ years' experience in manufacturing facility management Manage all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and facilities. Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for facility maintenance, repairs, and improvements. Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and building maintenance Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations applicable to a manufacturing facility Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously required Proficiency in MS Office suite Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices preferred Certification in facility management IFMA or BOMA preferred Knowledge of energy efficiency practices and sustainability initiatives Medical, dental, vision, HSA, term life...
