A thriving Rural Health Clinic in Aledo, IL—just 45 minutes south of the Quad Cities—is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established team of 2 Physicians and 6 APPs.
This permanent, full-time opportunity offers the chance to practice the full scope of family care, including clinic, hospital, and long-term care coverage—all within a connected and supportive environment.

Role: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
Setting: Rural Health Clinic + hospital + long-term care
Schedule: Full-time, perm
Team: Join 2 Physicians & 6 Advanced Practice Providers
Support: Collaborative clinical team with adjacent diagnostics
✅ Candidate Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency)
Active IL license or willingness to obtain
Clean malpractice history preferred – No pending/probated cases
