Tax Accountant job at Firma de Reclutamiento en PR. San Juan, TX.

Resumen del puesto : Buscamos un(a) profesional en contabilidad para encargarse de todas las gestiones relacionadas a impuestos a nivel estatal, federal y municipal. Este rol es clave para asegurar el cumplimiento contributivo de la empresa y apoyar en la planificación fiscal.

Responsibilities

  • Preparar y presentar declaraciones fiscales (estatales, federales, IVU, Patente, CRIM).
  • Registrar provisiones fiscales y realizar conciliaciones de cuentas relacionadas a impuestos.
  • Analizar y dar seguimiento a cambios en leyes contributivas que afecten la operación.
  • Apoyar en la elaboración de estimados trimestrales y planificación fiscal anual.
  • Documentar procesos y mantener archivos organizados con toda la documentación fiscal.
  • Realizar gestiones con Hacienda, CRIM u otras entidades para resolver notificaciones.
  • Coordinar respuestas a auditorías fiscales y colaborar con auditores externos.
  • Elaborar informes y reportes periódicos de cumplimiento contributivo.
  • Validar documentación fiscal requerida en contratos o licitaciones.
  • Cumplir con políticas internas de confidencialidad, precisión y servicio profesional.

Qualifications

  • Bachillerato en Contabilidad, Finanzas o campo relacionado; educación continua en temas contributivos es valorada.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia trabajando con planillas, IVU, patentes, CRIM y procesos fiscales.
  • Conocimiento sólido en legislación contributiva vigente en Puerto Rico y a nivel federal.
  • Dominio de Excel (intermedio a avanzado), Word, Outlook y PowerPoint.
  • Experiencia en el ciclo completo de contabilidad y análisis financiero.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con poca supervisión y cumplir fechas límite.
  • Habilidades de comunicación profesional en español e inglés, verbal y escrita.
  • Atención al detalle, pensamiento analítico y enfoque en resultados.
  • Disponibilidad para visitas a agencias y gestiones presenciales según se requiera.
  • Actitud proactiva, alto sentido de responsabilidad y manejo ético de información confidencial.
