Briarcrest Gardens , located in Hershey, PA is currently seeking a full-time Grounds Person / Porter  to join their team. The position consists of grounds upkeep and exterior maintenance at the property along with various other duties.

Rate : Starting at $18 per hour depending on experience.

Hours : Monday through Friday, 7 : 30 am - 4 : 00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities :

  • Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of apartment community grounds.
  • Perform landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, weeding, and planting.
  • Remove trash and debris from common areas and grounds.
  • Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal and snow / ice management.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members.
  • May assist with light exterior maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Prior groundskeeping or landscaping experience preferred, but not required.
  • Working cell phone (smart phone).
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Valid PA Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
  • High School Diploma / GED.
