• Actasthefirsttouchpointforalltechnicalsupportcasesthroughphoneandemailsubmission.
• Solvecustomerissuesorescalatetothecorrectpersonandfollow-upwiththecaseuntilitisresolved.
• Driveaseamlesscustomerexperiencethatcreatespositivesentimentforourbrand.
• Maintaindocumentationofcommonissuesandcreateguidesforthebestsolutions.
• MaintainworkingknowledgeoftheProjectmatesplatform,itsusebyclients,andproductconfiguration.
• Collaboratewithourcustomer-successandproductteamstodriveconstantimprovement.
• Performingotherdutiesandresponsibilitiesasrequired.
