Kelly Government Solutions is looking for qualified Behavioral Health Aides to join our team at the Sam Rayburn VA Medical Center working in the Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program.

What You’ll Do :

You will support Veterans in the Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program at the Bonham VA Domiciliary as a non-licensed, patient-facing teammate, maintaining a safe, structured, therapeutic environment while coordinating closely with nursing and behavioral health staff.

Schedules :

• Full-Time : 40 hours per week (VA standard : 80 hours every two weeks)
• Shifts :

Overnight (Sunday–Thursday) : 11 : 30 PM – 8 : 00 AM

Day / Evening (Tuesday–Saturday) : 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM or 3 : 30 PM – 12 : 00 AM

Weekend and holiday coverage required

Compensation :

$20.00 - 22.00 Per hour + $5.55 per hour Health and Wellness benefits = 4,775.00 Per Month

A typical shift begins with handoff and assignment review, continues with rounds, documentation, and support for groups or recreation blocks, includes help with routines such as mealtimes and community meetings, and ends with a concise handoff and completion of logs.

You work under the direction of RNs, LPNs, social workers, and program leadership, communicate promptly about behavior changes, safety concerns, and incidents, and operate within SOPs since the role focuses on supportive care and observation.
