Elm Street is a high-growth SaaS company expanding its reach and building a high-performing finance team to drive data-informed decision-making and operational excellence across the organization. We are currently seeking remote candidates based in the Greater Seattle area.

About the Role

We’re seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our remote team. Reporting directly to the Controller, you’ll play a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy by owning core SaaS metrics, maintaining dynamic financial models, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and board reporting. Our company is committed to leveraging AI across all areas of the business, and this role will be expected to explore, adopt, and optimize AI tools to improve speed, accuracy, and insights in financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, monitor, and improve core SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, NRR, etc.)
  • Build and maintain robust financial models to support decision-making
  • Own budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
  • Prepare monthly financial packages and assist with board reporting
  • Track and manage company cash flows and liquidity forecasts
  • Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analyses for leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Product, and Customer Success to support strategic initiatives
  • Curiosity and adaptability to learn how to incorporate AI into daily work; openness to rethinking processes using AI tools

    • Requirements :

  • 2–4+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills and comfort working with large datasets
  • Experience in SaaS, recurring revenue, or subscription-based business models
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and business drivers

    • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with Zuora Billing, Sage Intacct, and / or Power BI
  • Prior experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth SaaS company
  • Familiarity with SQL, Power Query, or similar data tools
