Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, the Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the company’s financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function. This role assists with forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling / reporting, and providing data-driven insights to help guide business decisions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models.
Perform detailed financial analyses, identify trends, and support variance explanations for management review.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing financial performance and key metrics.
Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial support for business initiatives.
Maintain and improve financial models to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Support ad hoc analysis, including scenario planning and business performance reviews.
Assist in developing dashboards and analytical tools using Excel, SQL, or other systems.
