We are seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to lead the implementation and ongoing management of our Salesforce Program. The PM will oversee the entire lifecycle of Salesforce-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing vendor relationships, driving adoption, and promoting continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role that requires strategic leadership, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities : Strategic Planning & Leadership
Develop and drive the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Salesforce program.
Align Salesforce initiatives with DCY's business goals, ensuring all projects support organizational objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams in program planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
Program Oversight
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce-related projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Oversee timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation, ensuring timely and within-budget project completion.
Ensure compliance with governance, risk management, and quality standards across all Salesforce implementations.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors (including Salesforce Strategic Consult).
Lead requirement gathering sessions, set expectations, and manage communication to ensure alignment and success.
Provide regular status updates and communicate risks, issues, and milestones to senior leadership.
Process Improvement & Technical Oversight
Identify opportunities for business process improvements through Salesforce automation and tools.
Collaborate with technical teams (developers, admins, architects) to ensure that solutions are scalable, performant, and maintainable.
Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems (ERP, marketing automation, etc.).
Change Management & Training
Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Plan, develop, and coordinate training programs for internal teams and end-users.
Provide ongoing support and enablement resources for successful onboarding and usage.
Reporting & Analytics
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for Salesforce initiatives.
Develop and deliver dashboards and reports that provide business insights and drive decision-making.
Major Projects (Big Ideas) :
Transition legacy applications from other agencies into the DCY Salesforce Org.
Implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud for enhanced marketing capabilities.
Implement Salesforce Data Cloud with Artificial Intelligence (AI) for advanced data management and analytics.
Align and streamline licensing applications within Salesforce.
Qualifications : Mandatory :
Education : 4-year degree or equivalent technical study.
Experience :
7+ years of project management experience in IT, managing multiple concurrent projects with proven successful outcomes.
3+ years of experience working with Salesforce, preferably in large-scale implementations.
5+ years of experience in business process analysis, identifying opportunities for automation and improvement.
3+ years of experience leading workflow automation projects.
Strong experience in vendor management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to develop detailed project documents (charters, implementation plans, test plans, etc.).
Preferred :
Certifications : PMP certification, Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Implementation).
Experience :
Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations and integrations.
Experience leading digital workflow automation projects.
