We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team serving the Columbus, Dublin, and Upper Arlington areas.   • Limited Weekend Rotation : Weekend coverage only every 56 weeks.

    • Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Active LPN license in the State of Ohio (required)
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
  • Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and care teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a flexible daily schedule
  • Passion for collaborative, compassionate, patient-centered care
