More Air Mechanical Service Inc Co is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical & HVAC Project Manager to oversee a wide range of mechanical construction projects in the Metro New York City area.

More Air Mechanical Service Inc Co has been a trusted mechanical contractor serving commercial and residential clients throughout the Metro New York City area since 1975. We provide full-service solutions, including HVAC, piping, and specialty systems, for offices, retail, computer rooms, and high-end residences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HVAC / mechanical projects across HVAC, piping, and specialty systems.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee project execution from kickoff through completion.
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure quality workmanship and compliance.
• Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Prepare, track, and manage submittals, RFIs, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Monitor project budgets, labor, material usage, and productivity; report progress to senior management.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress, safety compliance, and quality control.
• Manage project closeout, including inspections, documentation, and client handover.
