Schulte Staffing Solutions is currently seeking Assemblers to join our manufacturing client's team in the North Shore.

This position offers a unique opportunity to be involved in assembling a wide variety of products, ranging from simple handheld parts to large complex products. If you’re a team player eager to grow your skills, this is the perfect role for you!

  • Schedule :
  • 2nd Shift : 1 : 30 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Pay : $22-$24 Depending on Experience

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assemble and package products using fabricated, machined, and purchased components
  • Utilize hand tools like impact drivers, drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, and sockets
  • Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards
  • Assist in managing finished goods inventory using a computer system and physical controls
  • Package products for damage-free transport and load materials onto trucks
  • Keep work areas clean and organized; take proper care of all equipment
  • Follow company rules, policies, safety protocols, and quality standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Must wear PPE and adhere to scheduled work times

    • Qualifications :

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • One year of related experience and / or training preferred
  • Experience with steel, aluminum, and / or stainless steel preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints is a plus; training provided if needed
  • Basic math skills

    • Physical & Environmental Conditions :

  • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift / push / pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly
  • Exposure to loud noises and working around fork trucks and other manufacturing machinery
