Cascades Healthcare is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Healthcare Liaison / Marketer to represent our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout the greater Twin Falls, ID area.

This is more than a sales job - it's a meaningful opportunity to build relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners, helping patients find quality post-acute care after hospitalization.

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary Healthcare Liaison between hospitals, discharge planners, and our SNF facilities

Visit hospitals, physician offices, and community organizations to build strong referral relationships

Market our rehab and skilled nursing services to key healthcare decision-makers

Maintain regular follow-up through calls, emails, and in-person visits

Track leads, referrals, and admissions activity using simple reporting tools

Collaborate with Admissions and leadership teams to ensure smooth transitions for new residents

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or community relations (SNF or rehab preferred)

Strong understanding of hospital discharge planning and referral development

Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills

Independent, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality

A genuine passion for helping seniors and promoting exceptional care
