Job descriptionLead and mentor the complete financial accounting team, owning the accurate and timely delivery of all financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and insightful analysis in full compliance with U.S. GAAP. Champion a world-class internal control environment by serving as the key leader for SOX 404 compliance, responsible for the design, operational effectiveness, and ongoing maintenance of all financial controls. Serve as the business unit's primary technical accounting expert, providing critical oversight and guidance on complex areas including ASC 606 revenue recognition, key reserves (warranty, E&O), and software / firmware capitalization. 7+ years of accounting experience 2+ years of management experience CPA is a plus Ppen to a heavy manager / sr. manager from public accounting
