As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entrances and exits, verify credentials, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, engaging with employees and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do :

Monitor and control access to the premises, verifying identification and credentials of personnel, visitors, and vehicles entering the location.

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to company and client requirements.

Collaborate with site management and / or emergency personnel as needed to address incidents or potential concerns.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related risks within the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
