COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE

Location : Near Rancho Bernardo

Hours : Monday – Friday ~ 8a-4 : 30p TBD

Responsibilities Include :

• Calling Accounts where payment had been declined to remedy.
• Interface with Clients to resolve customer issues.
• Document all responses and actions taken and performing follow up as needed.
• Place problem accounts on credit hold and following Company process.
• Request credit / debit memos when necessary.
• Prepare collection correspondence
• Prepare assigned collection reports as required
• Other duties as assigned
• May or may not be using an Auto-Dialer to make calls.
