Compensation : $150,000 / year base salary plus equity in the company
Location : 1 Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA (In-person role)
About the role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale Blitzy's demand generation engine. This role sits at the intersection of creative storytelling and data-driven executionyou'll drive awareness, inbound interest, and pipeline growth among CIOs, CTOs, and engineering leaders at enterprises.
You'll work directly with our CEO and Head of Media to shape Blitzy's go-to-market presence across paid channels, executive events, podcasts, and earned media. You'll be responsible for securing speaking engagements for Blitzy's executive team and turning those opportunities into high-performing, evergreen content. This is a high-impact role where your decisions directly influence company growth and market positioning.
