Production Team Assistant

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Team Assistant to join their team. As a Production Team Assistant, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting the production and billing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title : Production Team Assistant

Location : Santa Ana, CA

Pay Range : $20 / hr

Shift : 8 am - 5 pm

What's the Job?

  • Review files requiring additional scrutiny to determine processing steps
  • Review production orders, mark up information, and verify billing details
  • Make production orders available for upload teams to continue processing
  • Digitally merge completed production orders into files for billing team submission
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of production documentation daily

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficiency with digital tools and file management
