WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :

As our Water Restoration Lead Technician, you'll be on the front lines, expertly managing projects and providing critical support. Your daily responsibilities will include :

Guiding clients through the initial stages of the water damage restoration process with empathy and clear communication.

Developing precise and effective drying strategies tailored to each unique water damage scenario.

Performing necessary and controlled demolition to facilitate thorough drying and prepare for restoration.

Skillfully deploying and diligently monitoring advanced drying and dehumidification equipment to ensure optimal results.

Meticulously recording all aspects of the drying process, including moisture readings, equipment placement, and progress updates.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE :

5+ years of experience as a water restoration tech

Possess IICRC WRT, IICRC AMRT, and IICRC ASD certifications

Valid driver's license

Self-motivated personality

Customer-facing experience is preferred
