As our Engineering Manager, you won’t just run stand‑ups—you’ll architect, code, and scale systems while leading a high‑performing team in a fast‑moving startup environment. You're onsite in our downtown Seattle office daily and working alongside our fantastic cross‑functional teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and grow a team of 6–10 engineers building document intelligence, case valuation, and legal AI assistants.
• Ship fast—iterate and deliver impactful features that directly improve attorney outcomes.
• Translate complex legal workflows into scalable AI architectures.
• Stay hands‑on with LLM fine‑tuning, document processing pipelines, and multi‑model systems.
• Own product delivery end‑to‑end—from concept to production.

Who We’re Looking For

Compensation

The base salary range for this position in the selected region is $200,000 to $281,000 annually. Compensation may vary within this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
