Job descriptionManages wheelchair distribution and provides security escorts for guests and employees to and from vehicles as requested. Crisis Prevention and Intervention Issue Parking Violation tickets as necessary and provides extensive / comprehensive investigative services by writing Security Incident / Occurrence reports for violations. Applies correct and effective crisis prevention and intervention techniques. Responds to and provides security dispatch for hospital emergencies including all Codes community disasters / incidents severe weather warnings and potential disaster situations which may bring high volumes of patients and / or others to the facility. Work closely with Tracer Security Services to initiate the use of the boot for chronic parking violators in the area. Other Duties as Assigned

Facilitates traffic flow provides directions and assistance promotes safety and provides a positive first impression to our patients guests and visitors. Maintains security at all hospital outlets.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service
Greets patients visitors and other guests and provides information to assist them in getting to their specific designations.
Ensures fire zone areas are clear of excessive traffic or unattended vehicles. Patrols premises to ensure security of patients visitors and guests.
Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications
