The Role

The Manager, Supply and Production owns end-to-end production and supply planning. They will take Finance's sales forecast and translate it into units of inventory, then align production capacity across co-packers. This role requires deep experience forecasting complex BOMs, advanced Excel skills, and a natural comfort with numbers. The ideal candidate enjoys building detailed forecasts, testing assumptions, and modeling scenarios that show cash flow and operational impact.

Attributes Required for Success in the Role

• Analytical Intelligence You are energized by numbers and complex models. You have extensive experience working with BOM-level forecasting, Excel-based scenario planning, and cash flow modeling. You enjoy the detail-oriented work of forecasting and take pride in accuracy.
• Communication You keep Finance, Operations, and suppliers aligned. You are skilled at presenting data and making clear, actionable recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Project Management You thrive on structured planning and are comfortable managing multiple suppliers, production schedules, and logistics simultaneously.
