The Project Manager, Senior shall be responsible for all work performed and all work performances. The Project Manager, Senior, shall have full authority to act on all matters relating to the daily operation of this task order. The PM will evaluate and identify risks and will plan, organize, and control activities so that the project is completed successfully.

Responsibilities

• Designing and applying an appropriate project management framework for the project.
• Managing the production of the required deliverables.
• Planning and monitoring the project.
• Adopting any delegation and use of project assurance roles within agreed reporting structures.
• Preparing and maintaining the Project Management Plan.
• Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
• Liaison with the Program Management Office and related projects to ensure that work is neither overlooked nor duplicated.
• Overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary.
• Change control and any required configuration management.
• Reporting through agreed reporting lines on project progress.
• Liaison with appointed project assurance roles to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project.
• Adopting technical and quality strategy.
• Identifying and obtaining any support and advice required for the management, planning, and control of the project.
• Conducting the end project evaluation to assess how well the project was managed.
• The 'post project' evaluation is different from the end of project' evaluation. Both the post-project report and the end-project report will be provided.
• Preparing a Lessons Learned report.
• Preparing any follow-on action recommendations as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
