A company is looking for an Executive Assistant (Contractor) to support the Executive Director in a remote administrative role.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate internal and external meetings, managing complex calendars and resolving conflicts
Manage documents, filing systems, and logistics for meetings and events
Monitor the Executive Director's email inbox, draft replies, and assist with project research
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in operations, administration, or a related role
Strong technological proficiency (Google Workspace, Zoom, Asana, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to act as a gatekeeper with professionalism and discretion
Experience in nonprofit, startup, or mission-driven organizations is a plus
Comfortable working remotely with strong time management skills
