Hotel Houseman (Hotel Room Cleaning / Support and Laundry)

A Hotel Houseman is responsible for cleaning guest rooms, picking up and delivering linens / laundry and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.

Must be at least 21 years old.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provides professional and courteous service at all times
• Run supplies and service items to guest-rooms as requested.
• Dusts, vacuums and overall maintains all public areas, hallways, elevator landings, stairwell areas and other spaces assigned
• Polishes metalwork and furniture
• Collects soiled linens for laundering and received and stores linen supplies in appropriate locations. Assists with laundry department needs upon request
• Vacuums floors
• Removes and disposes of trash
