Riverside Management & Financials Services, Inc . is hiring multiple part-time Concierge positions to serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests at the community clubhouse. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, overseeing the daily use of clubhouse amenities, assisting with event coordination, and ensuring the facility is welcoming, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Greet residents and guests in a professional, friendly manner and provide assistance as needed.
- Monitor clubhouse access to ensure only authorized residents and guests are using the facility.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating clubhouse reservations, events, and activities.
- Maintain knowledge of community rules, guidelines, and event schedules to answer resident inquiries accurately.
- Provide support during community events, including setup, check-in, and breakdown.
- Conduct light cleaning and organization of common areas to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or resident complaints to management promptly.
- Distribute community information, newsletters, and event materials as directed by management.
- Enforce clubhouse policies in a courteous but firm manner to ensure fair use of the facility.
Ideal Candidate Qualities and Requirements
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Professional, courteous, and approachable demeanor.Ability to handle resident inquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism.Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, Microsoft Office / Google Suite).Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.This position offers a competitive salary between $22 - $25 per hour based on experience.
